1. How do I add a new workout?
Tap the "+" button on the main screen, enter a unique name for your workout, and tap "Add Workout." Your workout will appear in the list.

2. How can I record my results?
Select a workout from the list, tap "+" to add result, enter your weight and repetitions, choose kg or lb, and save. Results are automatically sorted by date.

3. Does the app sync across devices?
Yes. Training Tracker uses iCloud to automatically sync your data across devices. Sync happens immediately after changes, or every 30 seconds while the app is active.

4. Can I use the app offline?
Absolutely. All data is stored locally and will sync to iCloud once you’re back online.

5. How do I change weight units?
Go to the Settings tab and choose your preferred unit (kg or lb). The app also shows both units for easy reference.

6. What happens if there’s a sync conflict?
The app handles conflicts automatically by merging results, so you never lose your progress.

7. Can I sort workouts differently?
Yes. In Settings, choose between sorting by date (newest first) or alphabetically.
