RACI Master
Last updated: September 9, 2026
RACI Master collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no third-party SDKs, and no servers of ours. Your tasks and people stay on your device and — if you use iCloud — in your own private iCloud database, which we cannot see.
Nothing. There is no sign-up, no profile, no identifier, and no usage or crash analytics. The app never asks for your contacts, location, photos or calendar, and it contains no code that would send anything to us.
Everything you enter — tasks, notes, dates, projects, and the directory of people with their names, positions and emails — is stored on your device. If you are signed in to iCloud, it is also mirrored to the private database of your own Apple Account, so it reaches your other devices.
Private means private to you. There is no sharing, no invitations, no roles and no second account in this app: the people in your directory are names on a list, not users, and they get no access to anything. That database belongs to your Apple Account and is held by Apple under Apple's privacy policy — we have no key to it, no console for it and no copy of it.
Whatever you type is your own content, including any details of other people you choose to write down. Entering them is your decision and your responsibility.
The app makes no network requests of its own. The only traffic it causes is iCloud sync, performed by the system on your behalf — and that only when you are signed in to iCloud. Without an iCloud account the app simply stays on the device.
Exported images and PDFs are created on your device and handed to the system share sheet or saved where you choose. Where a file goes after that is entirely up to you, and outside our control.
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for your own data and your own backups.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss, corruption or unavailability of data, for sync that is delayed or does not happen, or for any decision made on the basis of what the app shows. Deleting the app, or deleting its data from iCloud, removes that data — we hold no copy and cannot restore anything.
The app collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
If our practices ever change, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above.
