Four roles on every task: who does it, who answers for it, who is consulted, who is
informed.
Answers to common questions are below.
Most planners give a task one owner. RACI Master gives it four roles, so that a task says not only what has to be done, but who decides and who should have been asked:
The same tasks are shown three ways: as a list of what has to be done and by when, as a matrix of tasks against people with a role in every cell, and as a timeline where tasks with a start and a due date become bars on a calendar. You can narrow all of them to a project, and search within a screen.
Two, and they apply wherever you assign a role:
A private directory of names kept on your own device — not users. They have no login, no access and no idea the app exists. Removing a person removes their assignments and keeps the tasks.
Folders for tasks, nesting as deep as you like. Choosing a project also includes everything below it. Deleting a project keeps its tasks and its sub-projects — it is a place to file work, not an owner of it.
Yes, through your own private iCloud database, if you are signed in to iCloud. There is no account to create with us, nobody to invite and nothing shared: syncing adds your devices, not other people. Without iCloud the app works fine and stays on the one device.
Sync is not instant. Opening the app fetches straight away; after that the system decides when to run the import, which can take seconds or minutes. Any screen can be pulled down to fetch again.
You are. The app is provided as is, we hold no copy of your data and have no way to see or restore it. Keep your own backups — a device backup, or an export of anything you would not want to lose — and check that iCloud is signed in if you rely on syncing.
We accept no liability for lost, corrupted or unsynced data, or for decisions made on the basis of what the app shows.
Yes. Each of the three views exports as a PNG or a PDF — a whole document with a title, a legend and everything scrolled off screen, not a screenshot — which you can then send or save like any other file.
Yes. The app speaks English, German, French, Ukrainian, Spanish, Japanese and Portuguese. By default it follows your device's language, and it can be changed inside the app at any time.
On purpose. The cream paper, the dark-brown ink and the four role colours are the app's own look rather than a setting — and the same colours are what makes an exported sheet readable to someone who never opens the app.
iPhone or iPad with iOS or iPadOS 18 or later, and Mac with macOS 15 or later — the same app on all three. An iCloud account is optional and only needed for syncing between your devices.
